The home is located on a private road and is a short walk to Cape Cod Bay and a five minute drive to the Newcomb, La Count (Maguire's Landing) or Cahoon Hollow ocean beaches (and several of Wellfleet's best swimming and fishing kettle ponds) on the Cape Cod National Seashore (Wellfleet beach permit required in summer for motor vehicles for ponds and all beaches). Features include a fully applianced and outfitted kitchen, two bedrooms (one queen bed and two twin beds), and two full baths in the main house (on two floors). There are also two sofa sleepers in the main house. The property also has another queen bedroom and full bath in a second floor loft area in an adjacent building. Sleeping from four to eight is comfortable and even if you had ten people (two families with kids) you wouldn't feel crowded.
Distance to beach: 1/4 mile to Cape Cod Bay, 3/4 mile (20 minute walk) to bay beach (Indian Neck Beach, aka M. Burton Baker Beach), approximately two miles to ocean beaches at Newcomb Hollow, La Count Hollow (McGuire's Landing) and Cahoon Hollow, and several kettle ponds all on the Cape Cod National Seashore.
