Higgins is a pristine kettle pond joined via a sluiceway to Gull Pond on one side and Williams Pond on the other side. Access to Higgins is by boat from Gull Pond, where you can rent a boat, or from the parking area at the Sluice. BUT, there are only 2 parking spaces at the Sluice. And no facilities.
